1,500 Calories - Success!
64 ounces/water - Success!
in bed by 9:30pm - Success!

The Challenge: Complacency and Temptation
The Plan: Hit the gym at lunch

Outcome: 1700 calories and great workout! I can be cleaner on the diet because the chips are killing me!
