Interval Training - check!
1,500 Calories - check!
64 ounces/water - check!
in bed by 9 - check!

The Challenge: Grilling burgers tonite...

Tough because the hamburgers were slated for the evening so I thought outside the box and went to KFC on the way home - 2 grilled chicken breast filled me up! Only had the capacity to eat ONE burger!


Yeeeeah baby!
