Day Off

usually when I miss a day of working out it's not my design. but lately have been actually having a day off which is Monday. This is turned out to be so beautiful for many reasons. first of all I am guaranteed to get quality sleep that extra hour does wonders and I feel so rejuvenated and energized and excited even focused. because I worked out so hard the last six days because my champ my body a chance to heal and rest. last of all because then we can started and I haven't worked out yet I am very eager to get that worked out in the next day I go to sleep early and wake up ready to attack it. and of course the fact that it is a treat waking up at 4 AM and knowing that I have an hour just to lay there and get more sleep. overall I think it boost my productivity

  • HIT
  • Jog
  • Increase Weight
  • Pilates
  • Situps
  • P90X
  • Jump Rope
  • Fitness Class at Gym
  • Swim
  • Sprint
  • 1,500- 2,000 Calories/day
  •  Drink 8-10 Glasses of water/day
  • High Protein
  • Fruits/Vegetables/Lean Meats/Nuts
  • Quality Sleep

And by May 12 I will have noticed changes:

  • Lower Bodyfat
  • Smaller waist
  • Comments on my muscles
  • Comments on my weightloss
  • More energy
  • Better blood flow
  • Lower cholesterol
  • Will see defination in muscles
  • Clothes will fit better
  • More swag

Back To Basics

Ripped

Well the one thing positive in the first quarter of my new year is that I have been putting on muscle!  Killer workout today and I am finally tracking my weights and increasing each time - that's how you build.  When the layers of fat peel off there should be some good stuff up in there!

My Rewards

By July first I am aiming to lose 40lbs.  Once that happens I am going to have so many gifts bestowed up on me:
  • Free of Sleep Apnea
  • A six pack
  • Sex!
  • Low cholesterol
  • Attention from everybody
  • New clothes 
  • Energy
  • Stamina
  • Confidence
  • New Tattoes
  • Play Sports
  • Photo Session

In essence my world will change, as I chose this year to follow through and attain something I've been striving for for years!

Countdown to 40

9 months, 21 days, 17 hours, 27 months and 35 secs.

I will turn 40 and start the best 10 year stretch of my life.

I kind of look at it like I have been rehearsing - improve style - for 39 yrs and now I'm ready to put it all together. Strip out all of the bad things and just go with the good stuff I've learned along the way.

Excercise
Eat healthy
Be kind to people
Put my family first
Work hard
Be a leader

Seems like whenever I do those things my quality of life always improved. Go figure.

I'd like to do all of those things full time now.
