Jan 1st - 245.8 lbs



Taking a page from another blog I follow, I'd like to do the assessment of where I am now then we'll update along the way.
Physical
  • Also notice my muffin top, even when I find XXL clothes that fit comfy.
  • Having a huge belly is soooo awkward when you cant pull your pants all the way up, yet they sag down.
  • 46" waist
  • 27% bodyfat
  • 245.8 lbs
  • Double cheek and chin
  • Feel handsome on a good bay because I have the inner makings
  • Great frame - always have been told that thick or thin. When I lift the muscles are pronounced. I am just layered in fat is the only problem.
  • My energy is better than when I was 255 but still get wiped out pritteee quick after wrastlin' with the young boys.
  • Lidido is poor of course
  • Cholesterol - 240
  • Look horrible naked
  • Sleep Apnea
  • Still cant feel great in my Fat Section of closet clothes
Mental
  • I feel pretty sharp but thats only cause I'm a sharp guy - nothing special. We'll see if it gets better with time.
  • I like to keep busy -some has to do with being home so much now that I'm in between jobs.So overall my reduction in laziness might have been improved from before.
  • I'm pretty organized with what I want to do and track things better but thats more due to technology - new Smart Phone.
Emotional
  • I get down sometimes - not reeeeally deep but just the whole thing of here we are approaching another new year and I'm still at war.
  • Moody? Yeah, but consciously working on it. Funny how it only takes something small to send me into a mood spiral sometimes.
  • Have those Dirt Demons still and will till I feel "competent"
  • Low stress but really great moods when I work out, bad when I miss.
This Month’s “A Ha!” Moments
  • Better outlook and mood when I work out
  • Tough to eat healthy without the structure of working full time
  • Sure is easier to workout when I am lighter
  • Time flies so damn fast that if I stick to it, it will be here before I know it
  • Funny how its like 80% mental. Sometimes when I'm "On" I can stare at cake and it might as well be a turnup - no big deal cause I don't eat that. Likewise, went to the gym Saturday night like it was a Tues Morn! Just focused
  • Last but not least, picking up where you screwed up is the key -not waiting till the following Sun, Mon, or 1st of month, or Sunday/Mon that is the 1st HAAA
